1. Custom Products

Most DTF and UV DTF transfers are custom products made specifically according to your submitted artwork, size, and order details.

For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer need the product.

Please carefully review your artwork and order details before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Send us:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Any other information that may help us investigate the problem

After reviewing the issue, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

3. Artwork & Customer Errors

Customers are responsible for checking their artwork before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for errors caused by customer-provided artwork, including:

  • Spelling mistakes

  • Incorrect colors

  • Incorrect dimensions

  • Low-resolution artwork

  • Incorrect design placement

  • Incorrect or missing information

Please make sure your file is print-ready and accurate before placing your order.

4. Refund Requests

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us with your order details and supporting information.

Approved refunds will be handled using the applicable payment method and according to the circumstances of the order.

5. Order Cancellation

Because custom transfers may enter production quickly, cancellation may not be possible once your order has entered production.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
