👕 DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions

DTF transfers are designed for application to suitable textiles and garments such as T-shirts, hoodies, workwear, and other compatible fabrics.

Step 1 – Prepare Your Garment

Place the garment on a clean, flat heat-press surface. Pre-press the garment briefly to remove moisture and wrinkles.

Step 2 – Position Your Transfer

Place the DTF transfer with the printed side against the garment and position it exactly where you want the design.

Step 3 – Apply Heat & Pressure

Set your heat press according to the recommended settings supplied with your specific transfer. Apply firm, even pressure for the recommended pressing time.

Step 4 – Peel Carefully

Allow the transfer to cool or follow the recommended cold/warm peel instructions for your particular transfer. Peel the film carefully and evenly.

Step 5 – Finish the Transfer

If a second press is recommended, cover the design with parchment paper or a suitable protective sheet and press again according to the supplied instructions.

✨ UV DTF Application Instructions

UV DTF transfers are designed for suitable hard, smooth, clean surfaces such as compatible cups, bottles, signs, packaging, and other products.

Step 1 – Clean the Surface

Make sure the surface is smooth, dry, dust-free, and free from grease or oil.

Step 2 – Prepare the Transfer

Carefully remove the protective backing according to the transfer instructions. Avoid touching the adhesive side unnecessarily.

Step 3 – Position the Design

Place the UV DTF transfer carefully on the desired surface. Make sure the position is correct before applying pressure.

Step 4 – Apply Firm Pressure

Press the transfer firmly and evenly onto the surface. Use a suitable squeegee or application tool if recommended.

Step 5 – Remove the Transfer Film

Slowly peel away the transfer film, checking that the entire design has adhered properly.
